 
Our UK wide team is led by Tricia
Todd LlB (Hons),
who for
over 20 years has been
working with the elderly and the physically and mentally disabled.
Tricia
was appointed a Lord Chancellor’s Visitor in 2000, visiting
those
people, who for a variety of reasons, are lacking the mental capacity
to manage their
own affairs, and reporting to the Court on their needs, wishes and best
interests.
Tricia is a founder member of The Association of Independent Visitors
(UK), who provide additional consultative services throughout England
and Wales including:

Preparing and appealing
applications for NHS Continuing Healthcare and other Statutory Funding
-
Carrying out specialist visits and reporting for deputies, attorneys
and trustees

Providing Skills Based Certificates for Lasting Powers of Attorney
(LPAs)

Attending care reviews
-
Training care home staff
Tricia uses her wide knowledge of the needs of the elderly and the
available facilities to assist families in the search for the best
residential accommodation for elderly relatives.
She is a regular contributor to national and international publications
and also acts as guest speaker to many organizations interested in the
care of the elderly.
Tricia's long experience with the elderly ensures that the visit to
your relative is carried out in a way which puts them very much at
their ease.
Like Tricia, each visitor brings a warm and welcome approach which
ensures that the visit to your relative is conducted in a relaxed,
positive and enjoyable manner.
